Kate Schapira, the beloved and tireless organizer of The Publicly Complex Reading Series, has just published her first perfect bound book! It's called Town and is brought to you by Factory School. If you'd like to lay your hands on a copy or if you just want to listen as Kate and her "mystery contibrituors" read it for you, I suggest you stop by Ada Books this Saturday (the 13th) at 7pm. Besides the forementioned entertainment, there will be the usual snacks and drinks, plus walls and walls of interest.

You want new? I'm just assuming that because you're, you know, human and all. So how about these? These are new.

And then there's a bunch of this 'n' thats from Little Otsu.

Not to mention loads of new magazines. This thumbnail represents but one of about forty examples.

And just the other day I bought a big stack of barely fondled cookbooks (lots of baking and vegatarian) which are now priced and on the shelf but wishing they were in your kitchen. You'll have to imagine a stack of cookbooks here as I don't have my camera with me today. Believe me when I say it's quite a stack.

So that's what's new for you here at Ada Books. And to be honest the older stuff is pretty cool, too.
